Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services
Stalgrid provides intelligent home technology integration services, including design, installation, and support for residential and commercial clients. All services are subject to separate written agreements and proposals.
Consultations, renderings and quotes
Consultations and renderings are free and carry no obligation. Renderings are illustrations, not exact representations of fabric, color or fit. Quotes are written, valid for 30 days, and become binding only when you sign a project agreement.
Lead times and expediting
Shades are made to order. Lead times are estimates given in your quote and depend on the manufacturer and shipping. We don't guarantee delivery or install dates. Expedited production, where offered, costs 10% of the order and moves it to the front of the manufacturing queue; it shortens the estimate but doesn't guarantee a date.
Communications
By checking the consent box on our forms, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text and email about your consultation and project. Consent isn't a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Stalgrid and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Limitation of liability
Stalgrid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our website or services.
Project terms
Specific project terms, including scope, pricing, timelines, and warranties, will be outlined in individual project agreements. These Terms of Service do not constitute a service agreement or proposal.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
