Nils Skaane
Owner & Operator
With a true passion for technology and network systems, Nils leads the technical side of the business — handling everything from system design to installation and programming. He helps manage each project from start to finish and serves as the primary point of contact for builders and trade partners throughout the process. Nils is also deeply involved in ongoing support to ensure everything continues to run smoothly.
Originally from Norway, Nils grew up ski racing and later competed internationally in events around the world. He’s a an avid boater who also has a passion for DJing and live production. Whether it’s working with lasers or curating audio-visual experiences for concerts, Nils brings the same creative energy and technical precision to his hobbies as he does to his work.
Robert Trim
Associate Director
Rob joined Stalgrid in 2020 and plays a key role both in the office and out in the field. He leads the sales process and is the main point of contact for new project inquiries. Rob also drives the business’ development by building relationships with home builders, architects, and interior designers throughout the region. In addition to managing partnerships and growth, he supports technical work on-site alongside Nils when needed.
Originally from coastal Massachusetts, Rob is an avid boater and lifelong skier who loves spending time in the mountains year-round—whether skiing in the winter or hiking and exploring in the summer. A passionate traveler, he has lived abroad in Switzerland and enjoys immersing himself in new places and cultures whenever he can.
