We collect information you give us when you fill out a form, request a consultation or rendering, upload a photo or file, call, text or email us: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, company and role, photos, drawings and details about your space and windows, and anything else you choose to share.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our site we and our partners collect device and usage data through cookies, pixels and similar tools: pages viewed, buttons clicked, the ad or link that brought you here, browser and device type, and approximate location.
Advertising and analytics
We use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Microsoft Clarity to measure our site and our advertising. These services may receive data such as page visits, form submissions and hashed contact details so we can measure which ads lead to consultations and show relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized ads in your Google and Meta ad settings, and limit cookies in your browser settings.
How we use your information
To respond to your inquiry, prepare renderings, schedule and run your consultation, prepare quotes, install and service your shades, send updates about your project, measure and improve our marketing, and meet legal obligations.
Calls, texts and email
If you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted, we may call or text you about your consultation and project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. We don't sell your phone number or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us run the business (scheduling, phone and text, hosting, rendering, payments, and the advertising and analytics partners above), with installers working on your project, and when the law requires it. We don't sell your personal information for money.
Data security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
