This project centers around delivering a seamless smart home system with a focus on lighting controls and aesthetic technology. It includes whole-home audio and video, with a dedicated theater room and outdoor music on Marblehead’s waterfront to enhance the living experience. We partnered with the contractor and interior designer to install custom fixtures throughout the home. Featuring color control to provide both entertainment benefits, aswell as circadian rhythm control for the “warmth” of white. Providing both health benefits, aswell as architectural bringing out colors in woodwork and art. Additionally, undercounter lighting was built into all cabinetry and bar areas on the 1st floor. The entire property is blanketed in ultra-fast wifi and surveillance. Along with irrigation and security system controls. The intercom system can be remotely answered and rings the various touchpanels throughout the home aswell as on in-ceiling speakers. This unique project was made possible by Savant.
