Boston, MA - 12,000sqft
Project Description
This project was unique due to the location, size, and high-profile nature of Tom Brady. No expense was spared in this hybrid Gym/Retail location right on Boylston St, Boston. The space included 2 floors and over 12,000sqft of floor space, including: eight training rooms, three yoga studios, various offices, locker rooms, an employee lounge and an underground turf as the centerpiece. We were contracted for the full scope of this project: design, rough-in, installation, and programming. The main goals included energy optimization of lighting, HVAC, and shading. Simplified music and visual controls for staff and guests in every room, aswell as automated scenes for opening, closing and events. At the center of this project is a unique 22-foot wide video wall consisting of 16x65” screens. Allowing for a single massive video to be played, or multiple smaller streams aswell as marketing content.
